The 2025 Good Neighbor Award Luncheon is sold out. If you missed getting a ticket, we encourage you to check back on our website a few weeks after the event to see a recording of our Good Neighbor Award honoree’s remarks.

WHEN IS THE 2025 EVENT?

Thursday, May 8th, 2025
Check in opens at 11:15 a.m.
Ballroom doors open at 11:30 a.m.
Luncheon will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m.

WHERE IS IT BEING HELD?

Kansas City Marriott Downtown Imperial Ballroom – Muehlebach Tower on the Corner of 12th and Wyandotte streets.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Parking is available in the Kansas City Marriott Downtown garage with discount vouchers available upon request at check-in. Recommended overflow options are city garages located at 1004 Wyandotte St and 1036 Wyandotte St. Please click here for further overflow info and directions.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I ARRIVE?

Please provide your name at the check-in table and be prepared to show your ID. If you are attending as the guest of an individual host or company, please make sure you are aware of your table host/company name.

IS THERE A BAG POLICY FOR THIS EVENT?

Yes! Only clear bags and small purses will be permitted at the event. Larger bags such as brief cases, backpacks, large purses and tote bags are not allowed.

AM I ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE EVENT?

Yes! However, please be aware that any photos taken during the event will be for your personal use only and are not to be shared publicly. Please also refrain from using flash photography.

HOW LONG WILL THE EVENT LAST?

The event will last approximately 75 minutes.

WHAT’S ON THE MENU?

So glad you asked! We’ll start with a house salad followed by a pan seared chicken dish (or vegetarian option) and finished off with either a slice of naturally gluten free flourless chocolate torte or apple pie.

SOMETHING CAME UP, AND I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND. MAY I GIVE MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?
